The founder of Wayfinding Workshops, Darci is an ICF Certified Executive Coach and Vistage Chair who leads with a combination of heart and action.

Having spent the first two decades of her career in Human Resources, Corporate Strategy and Innovation – with her resume including brands such as Resource Interactive (now IBMix), Nationwide Insurance, and OhioHealth – Darci brings a wide variety of tools to her multidimensional practice.

Darci prides herself on being authentic and wholehearted. She’s dynamic and brings an infectious enthusiasm to all she does – including Executive Coaching, Team Effectiveness Workshops and Leadership Retreats coast-to-coast.

Darci and her husband, Spencer live in Columbus, Ohio with their two sons, Zeke and Tucker.

They love being outdoors, swimming, biking, or boating - but their favorite place to be is cheering their hearts out on the sidelines of their son’s soccer games.
