Teri spent the majority of her career working as a Strategy Managing Director with big consulting firms working domestically and internationally with big clients on big projects to make big impacts on the books, in their markets, and with their people and stakeholders. She saw that intentionality, integration, and alignment are all critical. She learned that leadership capability makes a difference in what succeeds and what disappoints. She now works independently with clients to leverage her expertise, experience, and proven solutions around strategy, execution, change management, leadership, and business culture.

Teri has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business & Culture Transformations, Strategy & Execution, Change Management, Leadership Development, and Behavioral Analytics. Teri earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a certified Executive coach, Implementer of Line-of-Sight, trained facilitator of The Leadership Challenge, and certified advisor of Predictive Index behavioral analytics. Teri is a thought leader invited to share her views in workshops, publications, and speaking engagements.
