As co-founder and CEO of ExtenData, Steve led the company for 19 years, building it into a trusted provider of automated data capture and IoT solutions serving manufacturing, distribution, transportation, healthcare, and resort industries. Under his leadership, more than 1,200 businesses relied on ExtenData’s solutions to improve visibility, efficiency, and performance throughout their supply chains. The company’s success was rooted in a culture of integrity, accountability, and client advocacy, culminating in a successful exit.

Today, Steve works directly with CEOs, founders, business owners, and senior executives as a Vistage Chair and executive coach.
