Nick is the founder/owner of Mastrovito Associates, a boutique recruiting firm that specializes in recruiting for manufacturing, A+E/MEP firms and for the US Government particularly the Department of Defense as contractors or for defense-related companies. He is a retired Army Colonel that commanded at every level. He is a COO of a small defense company and has been a COO of an engineering company as well as a Business Development Director. As founder and owner of Mastrovito Associates, he has been in the recruiting business for 7 years.
