I bring 35 years of performance management experience to my clients. I have served as the CEO and owner of a health care organization, served in senior management positions in the corporate world and in command positions in the Army.

I am driven to help my clients achieve results beyond what they thought they could achieve. I do this by helping them find “their” path to success. I am committed to the overall health of the organization through providing clarity, defining what’s important and towards a purpose driven outcome.

Being a lifelong learner of leadership and management, I have self-implemented EOS in my organization. I am a Certified Executive Coach, Blanchard Situational Leadership Trainer, Line-of-Sight℠ Implementer and Certified Pinnacle Guide. I received a BA and MA from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.

I am married to Kim and have two daughters Makaley and Delaney.
