Marnie educates clients on effective ways of mitigating strategic execution risk, growing a culture of learning and feedback, and adopting a human-centric approach while cultivating peak performance.
Marnie is steadfast about delivering quality programs and resources backed by the leading research on organizations and people. She’s trained in multiple workplace assessment systems, ICF-certified in executive coaching, earned a master’s degree in organizational development, and is completing a PhD in behavioral science.
